At HS Nuts & Spices, we are committed to delivering top-quality dry fruits, nuts, and pet products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within the guidelines of our return policy.

Returns

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the products must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be in their original packaging.

Shipping for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at hsnutsandspices@gmail.com. We require a receipt or order number to complete the return.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items with quality issues, damaged packaging, or broken seals are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Custom or personalized products made upon request are not eligible for refunds, as they are tailored specifically for you.

Once we receive your return, you can expect a refund within 3 to 4 weeks (business days). This timeframe includes the shipping time for us to receive the return (5-10 business days) and the processing time (5-10 business days). The refunded amount will be transferred to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible after confirmation. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
