Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in major cities across Pakistan. For small towns, shipping may take 5-8 days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In case of a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays. If there is a significant delay in processing or delivery, we will contact you via email or phone.

We offer free shipping for all orders within Pakistan, no matter the size or amount.

Please note, free shipping is not available for oils.

Self Pickup for Non-Service Areas
If your area is not serviced by our delivery partners, we will contact you to arrange a pickup point. You can collect your order from the designated center.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damages
HS Nuts & Spices takes full responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team to file a claim. You will receive a full refund or a free replacement.
